Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want Primoris to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, magnification and other assistive technology. We build and review pages with that in mind, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time fix.
Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the public site and the signed-in account area. This is a goal, not a certification. The site has not been formally audited by an outside party, and we do not claim that every page fully conforms.
Features built into this site
The first three tools are in the bar at the top of every page, including the account and admin areas.
- Dark mode. A toggle in the bar at the top of every page. It follows your device setting until you choose, and remembers your choice on this browser.
- Text size controls (A-, A, A+). Make everything on the page larger, up to 200 percent, or reset to the default. The setting scales the whole page layout, not only the text, and is remembered on this browser.
- Read page. Reads the main content of the page aloud with your browser's built-in speech engine, with Pause and Stop buttons. The button only appears if your browser supports speech.
- Skip to main content link. The first item when you press Tab on any page. It jumps past the header and navigation to the page content.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus. Menus, forms and the accessibility tools can be used with a keyboard alone, and the item that has focus is outlined. The mobile menu closes with the Escape key.
- Page structure. Each page has one main content area, a single top-level heading, and labelled header, navigation and footer regions. Data tables have captions and header cells.
- Form labels and messages. Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in words, and errors and status changes (such as search progress) are announced to screen readers.
- Reduced motion and contrast preferences. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and transitions are turned off. If it asks for higher contrast, borders and secondary text become stronger.
Known limitations
- Payment pages. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Those pages are outside our control, and their accessibility is Stripe's responsibility. Contact us if you cannot complete a payment and we will try to help another way.
- Reports are machine-generated. Report text is written by an automated system and may be long, dense or uneven. We structure it with headings, but we cannot check every sentence for plain language. Quoted patent and trademark records come from public sources and keep their original wording.
- Printed and PDF reports. The print view is built from the on-screen report. Saved PDFs may not carry the same tagging and reading order as the web page. The on-screen report is the most accessible version.
- Read page depends on your browser. The voices, languages and quality come from your browser and operating system. Collapsed content, such as closed FAQ answers, is not read until you open it. Screen reader users will usually prefer their own screen reader.
- Drawings and images you upload. Design searches compare images. We cannot describe your drawings for you, and the comparison itself is visual.
- Third-party sources. Links to patent offices, trademark databases and other outside sites lead to pages we do not control.
Alternatives
Every report can be read on screen, printed, or saved as a PDF from the report page, and the text is selectable so it can be copied into a plain-text file or your own reader. If you need a report in another format, ask us and we will try to help.
Feedback
If you find a barrier anywhere on Primoris, please email billing@onepointcto.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page address, what went wrong, and which browser and assistive technology you were using, if any, so we can look at it directly.
We try to reply within 2 business days. Some fixes take longer, and we will tell you what we can do and when.
