Data Retention Policy

1. Overview

OnePoint CTO, LLC, d/b/a Primoris Draft ("we," "us," or "our") limits how long we keep your uploaded documents. This page describes what is stored, where, and for how long. Uploaded files are held briefly while your report is prepared, and reports are stored until you delete them.

2. Uploaded Documents

  • Storage: When you upload a document, it is written to a private server volume so our system can read it while your report is prepared.
  • Deletion: The uploaded file is deleted when your report completes or the job fails. If a job is held, or a deletion fails, the file stays until the job ends; an automated cleanup removes files not tied to an active job after about 48 hours.
  • Third parties: Text from your document is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic), and search queries to the other services listed in our Privacy Policy. Those providers apply their own retention terms, which we do not control.
  • Label images: For Beer Search, the label images you upload are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to read the label text, and the image files are deleted from our server when the report completes or the job fails.
  • Logs: Our logs record request metadata such as time and job status for billing and system monitoring. We do not intentionally log document contents.

3. AI Model Training

We do not use your data to train our AI models. Your documents and reports are not incorporated into any model we train. Our AI providers' terms for API use restrict training on inputs; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Reports

Your generated reports are stored on our servers, in your account, so you can access them at any time. You can delete a report at any time with the "Delete Report" button in the user portal, which removes it from our live database. Reports remain until you delete them or close your account. Encrypted backups may contain deleted reports until they rotate out (see our Privacy Policy). When a report is finished, we also email it to your account's email address as a PDF attachment. Email is not end-to-end encrypted, so please keep your mailbox secure. A copy that has been emailed stays in your mailbox until you delete it there.
