1. Our Commitment
Primoris Systems, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides our AI analysis as a zero data-retention service. This policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that your sensitive intellectual property and proprietary data are never stored on our systems.
2. Technical Implementation
- In-Memory Processing: When you upload a document, it is loaded directly into volatile memory (RAM) for analysis. It never touches a physical disk or a database on our servers.
- Immediate Deletion: After the AI analysis is complete and the results are returned to you, the source document is immediately and irrevocably purged from memory.
- No Content Logging: We do not log the content of your uploaded documents or the generated reports. Our logs only contain metadata, such as the time of the request and the risk score, for billing and system monitoring.
3. AI Model Training
We do not use your data to train our AI models. The content of your documents and the resulting analysis are your proprietary information and are never incorporated into our global machine learning models.
4. User-Managed History
For your convenience, the final generated reports are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This allows you to access your search history without that data ever residing on our servers. You have full control to delete this history from your browser at any time using the "Delete Report" button in the user portal.
