Sample reports
See what you get before you buy. Every sample below is built on fictional data.
All sample data is fictional.
The names, companies, patent numbers and results in these samples were invented to show the layout and wording. Real reports follow the same layout, with real search results. The Advanced samples show the planned layout of searches that are coming soon.

How to read Part A
Page 1 of every report is Part A, a one-page summary in plain English. It is shown here for the Trademark Search (Basic) sample.

- Header block. The product, report date, the client or matter name you gave, and the date the data is current through. Always check this date.
- Screening note. A short reminder of what the report is and is not. It is an automated screen, not legal advice.
- Risk Factor Rating. High, Medium or Low, with a badge and one sentence on what it means for this search. The word carries the meaning, not just the colour.
- Verdict. Three sentences at most: what we searched, what we found and what drives the rating.
- Top matches. The closest three to five results in a table: reference, name or title, owner, status or date, why it matters and how close it is.
- Points to discuss with an attorney. Automated suggestions for your next conversation with a qualified attorney. They are not legal advice.
Parts B and C
Part B: Technical detail
For attorneys and careful readers: your submission as we understood it, the closest matches in detail, other sources, what drives the rating and what would lower it.
Part C: Appendix
Full match tables, method, the Search Scope and Limitations section (what was not searched and the date the data is current through) and the disclaimer.
Reports come as a web page in your account and a PDF, with an email when ready. See each search page for exactly what its report contains, for example Beer Search or Patent Search (Basic), or browse all searches.
Primoris reports are automated screening reports. They are not legal advice and not an attorney opinion, and no attorney-client relationship is created. A gap in the results does not prove that nothing exists. Talk to a registered patent or trademark attorney before filing or relying on a report.
